Sen. John Thune (R., S.D.) called out the Obama administration for an “outrageous” Obamacare tax exemption for certain unions that he says will be passed on to the American people.
“Every American ought to be outraged,” he said. “This is cronyism at its worst. Basically, what the president said was that he and his friends are above the law, because there is a reinsurance tax in Obamacare that’s designed to apply to all self-insured plans. And what the president did is he waived that for certain, self-insured, self-administered plans, namely unions, so they don’t have to pay that tax. And because the tax was designed to raise a certain amount of revenue, that means everybody else has to pay a higher tax.”
Unions have been one of the most surprising and vociferous Obamacare critics. The strongly Democratic groups have written lawmakers demanding changes to the law that had, among other things, redefined a full work week as 30 hours.
Now, Thune said, Obama has given in, partially, to their demands and the cost will be borne by those not fortunate enough to wield union influence.

Doesn’t that create standing for members of other groups and taxpayers in general due to discriminatory pplication of law? Also granting this tax break affects all taxpayers since they have to make up the difference. In this case it is being done by a whim of the President to a group that has made extensive contributions in both people and money and is expected to do it again. A quid pro quo to boot.
The RINO’s that refused to stand with Ted Cruz like Thune want to modify Obamacare to make it more business friendly, they don’t want to eliminate it.
Every American should be outraged at his entire presidency. But alas ... to most voters, political party affiliation is more important than following the constitution, apparently.

The Taxed Enough Already Party is the first serious threat to the parasitic hold that Federal Professional Politicians in “both” political parties have on those of us who are Taxed Enough Already.
The Federal Professional Politicians in “both” political parties have been uniting to suppress us since November, 2010.
The Federal Democrats have been, and continue to, suppress us through the brute force of the IRS, DOJ, NSA, and other Gestapo-Style Federal Agencies that we are forced to finance.
The RINOs are suppressing us by their Public statements and critical cave-in votes to Democrats.
Thus, the Federal RINOs and Democrats have united against us.

Both the RINOs and the Democrats have Professional Politicians who are dependent on their ability to control those of us who still pay Personal Federal Income Taxes, in order to continue to be on our payroll.
What better way to control us than to make us slaves to them who are the masters of us?
“Both” Political Parties in our current Communal Federal Government understand that the purpose of naming a Master/Slave Federal Government Program an “Entitlement” is to deceive the enslaved population into believing that becoming slaves to a Master is something to be desired, and thus reduce the probability of a slave rebellion.
The Master/Slave Entitlement of Obamacare is the most Communal of all of the Federal Government Master/Slave Entitlement Programs, because it can legally collect monies and/or property after death of the Entitled Slave, or from their surviving family members.
