After a year-long dispute between a Washington union and United Grain Corp., the National Labor Relations Board is charging union picketers with not only attacking company workers, but with threatening to rape one managers daughter and issuing veiled threats to anothers children.

If I was the manager, the NLRB would be the least of their problems. SSS.
Just proves that Unions are just simply Thugs they make the Mafia look respectable.
Threatening my children will earn you 180 grains of copper jacketed lead right between the eyes.
Doesn’t the Mafia have a hands off policy towards rival’s children?
Had to have been some really over-the-top thuggery in order to get Obama’s NRLB to come down on them.
“Just proves that Unions are just simply Thugs they make the Mafia look respectable.”
Unions = mafia
Color me surprised the NLRB said anything.
Is this Longview ?

Guys.
Surprised the NLRB is taking a case against the unions especially in the climate of this regime.
What's wrong with this picture? The Big Bad Corporation is fully identified, but the Union Thugs' Mafia Chapter is not?
What's up with that?
The cosa Nostra is a thug organization but not against family /children. MS13 yes. Mafia? Fugetaboutit
I was going to read the article but the Daily Caller wants to run 34 scripts. No thanks.
I assume Obama’s NLRB will be presenting these picketers with an award at the next NLRB conference. And maybe hiring them to train future picketers.
And Holder has probably told state AGs that this is one of those laws (making threats) that can be ignored.
Tough guys.
I recall in the 70’s and 80’s a small steel plant with which I did business having a Steelworker union and a three year contract. The union liked to go on strike every three years and invariably the plant manager had to move his family because of threats of physical harm. The Union actually did burn down his barn one year, that I know of. The plant continued to operate so the union members would shoot sling shots with ball bearings at non-union employees’ cars as they passed. Also they would drive in front of trucks entering the plant and throw nails twisted like a jack in front causing flat tires. The sheriff’s department you say? They were scared and hid out.
The nlrb was an equal opportunity accuser:
“Hooks simultaneously filed charges with the NLRB that United Grains initial lockout of ILWU workers last February didnt meet standards by allegedly failing to offer conditions that Local 4 could meet to avoid the lockout.”
