Sabato shows the following GOP candidates potentially running for the Landrieu seat:

Rep. Bill Cassidy
Ret. Air Force Col. Rob Maness
State Rep. Paul Hollis
Businessman Sammy Wyatt

Does anybody know who the likely/obvious/sure-thing winner will be on the GOP side?

I think Cassidy is leading the non Landrieu votes.

Vitter should consider Maness, Fleming and others to replace himself in 2015 if he wins Governor.

“There were other reasons why I stepped aside,” Fleming told 710 KEEL. ”I think there’s going to be another opportunity for me to run for senate coming up.”
