That is the answer. Send American Volunteers to fly Jets for The Ukraine! Maybe send some F-34s or F-18s and crews to support them—to beef up the Ukrainian Air Force—Call em’ The Flying Tigers or something. That might do the trick!

I posted this last night and would like to share it again for those who missed it. Sound up and enjoy a wonderful video.
I’m so proud of my husband, Rich, who flew the F100 Super Sabre during the Vietnam war. Rich now flies with the eagles.

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.
Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

So glad your sister is coming & isn't it crazy to realize it's been a year already?
Let me know if you need some posting help. I'm on standby.
Try not to totally wear yourself out before she comes! LOL

Thanks very much, ExTx - I saw the ping from last night but was in the arms of Morpheus the entire evening and did not post anywhere.
You are justly proud of the service of your late husband to our Beloved Nation! God Bless him and you!

Hi Everybody!

Great posting about these Americans who volunteered to help during WW I.
My gr-dad served during that war. When I was about 7-8 y/o, I read a couple of books that my father had: All Quiet on the Western Front and Wings. Wings concerned the Americans who were flying for the French and was the impetus for a movie of the same name.
I have both books and have read each several times. They really present a view of the reality of that war from the perspective of the combatants.
