Just out of curiosity...why would someone go out on the street and start videotaping a cop - or for that matter, anyone. Was the cop doing something illegal? Is this guy stalking the cop?
He did not go into the street. He was doing it from his front porch, facing the street.
The policeman was swearing loudly to someone on the telephone. An elderly woman walked by at the time this was happening.
The man who filmed this asked the policeman to tone down his language and the officer swore at him and told him to mind his own business.
If you read the article it is pretty clear.
