A constitutional republic will not function with a corrupt AG. This is a perfect example. The congress does not have the power to compel testimony when they know their referrals of wrong doing will be ignored by the justice dept. There was a slim chance the DC circuit could address wrong doing but Obama and Reid fixed that with their stacking of the court.

Why wouldn’t she be offered immunity? IMO, that should have been put out there at the beginning, where she wouldn’t have had time to sync up stories with her RAT brothers. No, the republican screwed that up too. And they want our votes like they have been protecting us all along.
