Oil is often figurative in the bible, but I would aver that the creation is often strewn with divine puns.

There is a God who provides and the creation is rife with evidence. But there is also a devil that fights God. Being too careless can open the door to that devil.

There is so much fossil fuel still undiscovered world wide that it can probably never run out. As technology advances, more ways to locate and harvest said fuel, the greenies (one world government purveyors) will press even harder to invent reasons we need to all have windmills, solar farms and algae hydroponics gardens and corn fields to further weaken any and all economies to force dependence on their utopian government.
