Candie Yoder is a chef and food truck owner in San Antonio, Texas. Amongst her specialties is Asian Fusion. The food she whips up includes Korean BBQ,Japchae, and Bibimbap. Her most popular dish is probably Korean Fried Chicken. There is no denying that the food looks appetizing. However, the San Antonio Express-Newsreports, some people are not happy with her. Why? The name of her food truck is getting people in a tizzy. Its called, Cockasian.

So tired of people being offended all the time. If you don’t like her food truck, don’t buy her food. Easy.

If one finds something offensive, then one ought not look at what one finds offensive. Simple solution.

Don’t go to Natchez, MS and eat at Cock of the Walk, then.

Cat’s In The Kettle
Weird Al Yankovich
Did you ever think when you eat Chinese,
It ain’t pork or chicken but a fat Siamese?
Yet the food tastes great, so you don’t complain.
But that’s not chicken in your chicken chow mein.
Seems to me I ordered sweet-and-sour pork
But Garfield’s on my fork.
Hes purrin here on my fork.
There’s a cat in the kettle at the Peking Moon,
The place that I eat every day at noon.
They can feed you cat and you’ll never know,
Once they wrap it up in dough, boy.
They fry it real crisp in dough.
Chou Lin asked if I wanted more
As he was dialin’ up his buddy at the old pet store.
I said “Not today. I lost my appetite.
There’s two cats in my belly and they want to fight.”
I was suckin’ on a Rolaid and a Tums or two,
When I swear I heard it mew, boy.
And that is when I knew,
There’s a cat in the kettle at the Peking Moon
I think I gotta stop eatin’ there at noon.
They say that its beef or fish or pork
But its purrin there on my fork.
There’s a hair-ball on my fork.

whenever one takes offense when they know or should know none was intended then the problem is with them. Always.

"So tired of people being offended all the time."Me too. People need to get the hell over themselves and quit acting like a bunch of whiney babies.

"whenever one takes offense when they know or should know none was intended..."That's one of the huge problems today...people don't consider intent. One of my favorite sayings is "Even a dog distinguishes between being stumbled over and being kicked." So very true.

Have you ever noticed that there aren’t many stray dogs or cats around Asian eateries?

If someone wants to be offended, you can’t stop them. But you don’t have to care, either.

“Racism or Sexism”?
Neither. It’s stupidity on the part of those who are offended...
