With a Vet (with 2 combat tours, no less) in the race, it sure at hell does matter. Shows who is willing to put their life where their mouth is. The Citizen who is willing to make that sacrifice stands head and shoulders above those who shirk the first duty of a Citizen - ensuring the survival of the Nation.
