There are a few murderers that I might consider voting for clemency but not this one!
1997?????
This scumbucket is still breathing 16-17 years AFTER the crime?
Justice delayed is justice denied.
If he thinks he has it bad now just wait till the Lord Jesus comes calling
Well I hope they don’t FORGET him like they did one other criminal scheduled to die years ago. About three months after his scheduled execution date they suddenly remembered! So they changed it to LIFE in prison. The crime he did was west of here in Delaware county and if anyone needed to be executed it was him.
Yes Jesus seemed to be unusually kind to the little ones.
I remember something like “it being better for you to have a mill stone tied around your neck and tossed into a lake than harm one of those little ones”.
How did they forget, and how does that translate into reducing his sentence?
But then, if he was an abortion doctor ......
How can we waste so much oxygen on this total scumbag???
Where’s alGore to measure his negative contribution to Glowbull warming over all these years???
goodbye, ZZZZTTTT!
well, you could zap him...and then try and bring him back.
How about a slow, painful death. Crushing him between two large stones sounds good.
They simply forgot he was there. Sad thing is I knew the boy, his family and the people he murdered.
He deserved to be executed.
One would hope so.
From Crime & Capital Punishment:
During the sentencing phase, jurors heard testimony that [Warner] had previously sexually and physically abused his ex-wife and a five-year-old girl. Warner's seven-year-old son testified for the prosecution that he had witnessed his father abuse Adrianna on previous occasions. During the ultimately fatal attack she was sexually molested. She had a six-inch skull fracture, a broken jaw, three broken ribs, bruised lungs and a lacerated liver and spleen.
