New Inconsistencies with Malik Obama’s IRS Paperwork Revealed on Eve of Hearing

As the scheduled March 5th House Oversight Committee Hearing draws closer, the man who filed complaint No. 1761/2013 against Malik Obama – Dr. Sadek Raouf Ebeid – is sending a fax to Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, along with members Trey Gowdy and Jim Jordan, notifying them of even more disturbing inconsistencies. Many of these inconsistencies involve former IRS Director of Exempt Organizations, Lois Lerner, who is scheduled to appear before the committee.

Time to spill the beans or ‘go down in flames’ Lois. For starters, the date stamped at the top of the Barack H. Obama Foundation’s 501(c)(3) approval letter which bears Lerner’s signature, is dated June 26, 2011. That day was on a Sunday. This new revelation comes after it’s been known that Malik Obama’s Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF) received expeditious and potentially illegal tax exempt status from Lerner when the approval was backdated by 38 months. That this approval was granted on a Sunday raises more questions.

This is where Ebeid comes in. Within a few short hours of this posting, Ebeid will be faxing the following letter to Issa, Gowdy, and Jordan. Each one of their offices will receive this information approximately 24 hours before the hearing is convened (click on image to view letter):

Malik Obama’s Foundation granted 501(c)(3) status on a Sunday. Lest anyone point to the possibility that the 501(c)(3) approval letter is actually a fraud, it is worth noting that the letter in question is posted on the official BHOF website.

In addition to this new finding, it’s been learned that there are three addresses associated with the BHOF. Something else worth pointing out is the address for BHOF at the top of that approval letter:

The 2010 IRS Form 990 is date stamped on June 13, 2011 as being received by the Ogden, UT office, just 13 days prior to the approval letter. The address for the Foundation is handwritten as follows:

As for the third mailing address associated with BHOF, the website Charity Check 101 identifies a BHOF foundation with the exact same EIN as Malik’s BHOF as being at the following address:

All of these inconsistencies, when taken together, warrant much scrutiny. On March 5th, the House Oversight Committee should begin its search for answers by asking Lois Lerner why her signature is at the bottom of a 501(c)(3) approval letter for a foundation whose founder is connected to terrorism, why this foundation was given expeditious service, why it was backdated 38 months, why it was approved on a Sunday, and why there are three separate mailing addresses (two on IRS forms dated within weeks of each other).

Time is now short. The hearing is now barely more than 24 hours away. Please contact the following three Committee members and tell their offices you would like them to raise the issue of Malik Obama’s BHOF with Lois Lerner during the hearing.

As Rep. Gowdy said during a recent television interview, “We have the evidence and it’s either save herself or go down in flames.” Introducing the possibility of aiding an enemy combatant into the equation certainly adds another – borderline literal – dimension to that .

Malik's tax-free Obama foundation, fast-tracked by Lois Lerner for IRS tax-exempt status, is based at a Virginia UPS store, according to its website. The organization’s IRS filings list another Virginia address that is actually a drug rehab center where the foundation does not appear ever to have been based.

As first reported by The Daily Caller, the foundation was speedily approved for IRS exemption by Lois Lerner, the self-same IRS senior official at the center of the targeting of conservative organizations that have waited over two years to receive tax exempt status. The IRS thoughtfully gave Obama Foundation retroactive fund-raising status.......which it stupidly never applied for.

The tax-exempt Barack H. Obama Foundation is run by Abon’go “Roy” Malik Obama, the half-brother of Barack Obama.

The foundation’s mission statement is “to provide people everywhere with resources to uplift their welfare and living standards in memory of dad---Barack H. Obama: in the region of his birth, Kenya, and beyond.” Its guiding principle is “the inherent belief that no one can truly enjoy the riches he has reaped if his neighbor suffers....."We seek to elevate the human condition so that everyone can live in dignity and truly enjoy having one another as neighbors.”

Despite raising more than $250,000, the alleged charity doesn’t seem to have done much. Its website claims the organization has built a madrassa and was building an imam’s house as well as some “proposed latrines,” but there is no other evidence that the nonprofit was working to “mitigate social-shortcomings in areas of education and literacy, health and well-being, poverty, and lack of community infrastructure in such basic needs such as water, electricity, shelter and sustenance,” as the site says.

Alton Ray Baysden, a former Dept of State employee, allegedly a registered Republican, who helped start the Barack H Obama foundation, declined to comment before seeing copies of a reporter’s passport and govt ID, along with a description of the article’s “motivation” and “slant.”

Repeated reporters' phone calls went to the organization’s voicemail and were not returned.

The Malik Obama IRS filing exposes that Lois Lerner has apparently aided and abetted money laundering and tax evasion----and that, most egregiously, Lerner granted an alien resident, with documented ties to terrorist organizations---tax-exempt privileges that she denied to authentic Americans----based solely on the spurious fact that Americans run conservative organizations which are disliked by president Obama.

The alien resident---who resides in Kenya---was granted Tax-exempt statust via a falsified 501 (c) (3) application. Malik Obama's workplace is located in the Sudan-- on file & listed on his own website.

Apparently the alien resident was granted tax exempt license as the modus operandi to collect US taxpayers dollars & funnel them overseas......also troubling are the alien's joint overseas investments.

NOTE WELL: When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Bernie Madoff had stashed billions offshore---into a labyrinth of financial entities. Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers.

You can be pretty sure most of us know who Obama is and what is going on. You can’t really do anything about it and neither can I. The problem isn’t even Obama it’s who is /are behind him.

We apparently have compromised Republicans as well. With the exception of Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and a few others, the people who can and should be protecting our constitution, aren’t doing it.

Our nation is almost thoroughly corrupt, like the rest of the world. This didn’t just happen with Obama. Anyway, we have Soros’ of the constitution, and have to pray for a miracle.

Someone needs to make this report public

• I woke the polls each election

•. We were told we would be getting new machines

• In our training session the county clerk explained that we would not be getting the ones planned They had been demonstrated earlier but I had not attended that meeting so I do not know the name of the company

•. We were then told about the previously ordered machine were decertified and that there was a 200+ page report from the SoS. ( Our county was on page 226). The report would explain why ,

•. Privately the clerk said the machines were being used in all the purple states. That it was believed that initially the results would appear normal but that all would be manipulated to show O as the winner

After the election I ran into the clerk at the grocery. She affirmed the above I asked if she had a copy of the report. She didn’t answer.

If it was a report to the clerks or another government agency it should be available through Freedom of Information. I have no idea how that process works

HE STOLE THE ELECTION.
The report, the name of the company that makes the machine and a little investigation into which area od the country used it will prove it !
