A reasonable case can be made that people brought here as babies and raised here need not be sent back.
I have no issue with that as one of several different legitimate arguments that can be made.
I was speaking on it as matter of political mechanics. We can now expect that our approval and celebration of this deferred action will be used to attack any future opposition by us to deferred action(s) on other matters.
Reasonable?
Perhaps.
Legal?
