The State of Connecticut says that all citizens must register rifles and high capacity magazines, or be charged will a felony. As many as 100,000 people could face heavily armed police smashing down their doors and be charged with a felony.
The legislature of CT says that a registration is needed so they can know where the guns are. Yet at the same time, they are sending threatening letters to gun owners. So they already have records of who has purchased certain guns. The fact is, that the CT legislature fully intends to confiscate hundreds of thousands of firearms anyway......

civil disobdience is not obeying this law. it is repugnant to the constitution and therefore is null and void.

Sounds like an armed invasion...
also sounds like Hitler’s Stazzi...
Not to worry - our CIC will stop it. He’s against invasions, you know. You’ve heard his stern warnings to Putin.
But, in case you’re wondering if the troopers will move against their fellow citizens - listen up:

"They already do swat raids in numerous other states in the NE for improperly registered firearms. Why wouldnt they do it this case?"
Because they have no way of knowing WHO owns a banned rifle - except, of course, for the ones that registered.

At some point, CT law enforcement will use deadly force (probably sooner than later).
They already have. See
this article on the 2008 Guizan/Terebesi gun confiscation raid in Easton CT.
The raid shows two things. First, even the small CT towns have LOTS of toys and goodies (paramilitary variety) and are eager to go play with them.
Second, it takes a LOT of manpower to even go up against a single presumably armed citizen. Who actually doesn't have a gun and doesn't fight back (and still ends up dead).
We're looking at the possibility here of 100,000 lawbreaking, armed CT citizens with illegal 300,000+ guns (per the Hartford Courant article). A certain % of which will fight back. CT law enforcement - which we all need to understand here is definitely caught in the middle between idiot politicians and citizens determined to maintain their rights - should be sh*tting its pants over that, and should very bluntly be telling their political leaders what the likely outcome is and that THEY should be sh*tting their pants as well.
This is a bad, bad, bad situation brewing there. NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY, wants violence, particularly the escalating violence that could be produced once any raids start. I don't want it, won't condone it let alone praise/glorify/champion it (by any side - which thankfully I'm not seeing here but am seeing elsewhere), but know that unless the CT politicians wake up, smarten up and realize that's the situation THEY are creating (indeed now making worse), it may be inevitable.

And the 4473 forms and sign in sheets at the firing range. They won’t hit everyone but they can get quite a few.

You can bet that the State of CT is serious about and is going forward with its plans to arrest, kill ,and imprison those, in their view , sub humans who dared to defy them.
the ball is now squarely in the citizens[ for now], soon those rights of citizenship will be stripped away and they will become outlaws, felons , and corpses.
Judging from the photos of the State Police Officials and video of two of the politicians, they would be equally at home in 1934 Germany wearing National Socialists uniforms and National Socialists armbands on their arms.

There is a clear line between violent and non-violent actions. Violently resisting arrest or execution of a warrant may be classed as a subset of civil disobedience, I suppose, but only in the sense that murder can be classified as an example of violation of someone’s civil rights.
