BTW 30-06 is the rifle I walk around with. Winchester Model 70.
Great choice. I built a T/C Encore with 26” barrel and
topped with quality glass in 30-06. Just enough rds fired
to sight it at 100 yds. Not doing much shooting while on
this long trip to San Diego.
