Why should he mention her? I am a big fan but historically she hasn’t done anything to warrant recognition outside of Alaska. Should he have said “Sarah Palin who resigned as Governor of Alaska and failed to win the Vice Presidency as the second woman to ever run?”
Uh, she’s the first Republican female to ever run and she’s been the backbone of the Tea Party since 2009. After the 2008 election Gov. Sarah Palin helped lead Republicans to the greatest congressional victory in several generations during the 2010 election with her endorsements and rallies all over the country; she has endorsed 73 candidates for the US House of Representatives and Senate; state governors and attorney generals. Her success rate is at 69%. 18 out of 20 targets in her Take Back the 20 campaign; this is a 90% success rate! Sarah Palin also had a very strong hand in the party’s few successes during this election. Sarah Palin campaigned for constitutional conservatives like Ted Cruz, Deb Fischer, Paul Gosar, resulting in 5 conservatives being elected to the Senate and 32 conservatives to the House. She has repeatedly been a leading voice against the dangers of ObamaCare and the risks of President Obama’s approach to energy and was the first Republican to make a high-profile critique of the Federal Reserve’s quantitative easing.
Sew a flag, rally eugenicists to commit abortions, bask in the glory of first-ladydom... those are all noteworthy.

Sir, below is a link to Sarah Palin’s list of Accomplishments which even her worst critic would be blown away by as it is about 15 pages long and single spaced. I suggest you take the time to read them. One day will be about enough. For you to belittle her extraordinary list of accomplishments and courage in favor of the New Mexico Governor or Nikki Haley is ludicrous. Sarah’s very life, to say nothing of her kids and family’s lives, have been at risk every since she came on the national stage back in 2008.
This degree of risk Sarah has endured is FAR MORE than anyone else out there man or woman because the left just hate her more than anyone else.
Just in case you might not know, Gabbie Giffords got shot in the head years back and she, compared to Sarah, was not controversial at all. So, every day she walks around with maniacs after her. I doubt you do which might explain in part why you so cavalierly take a slap at Sarah.
So, to make these statements on this specific subject (RNC Woman of the month) you are either someone that doesn’t get out much or you are someone that loves to piss off your fellow freepers who you must know love and respect Sarah Palin to what must be a 90%+ majority. Finally, your assertion that you are a “big fan” of hers suggests that you are attempting in your post to be “too cute” x 10.
