Exactly. People who say Obama is in over his head are wrong. Obama doesn't make policy, he is the front man, so how can he be in over his head?
US policy depends on whether Soros is short or long the Ukrainian economy. And the only people who really know that for sure are his fund managers. But we will be to see clues on this from observing US policy in this matter.
