As I understand the situation, a gay baker now could be compelled to bake a cake for a fellowship meeting of the Westboro Baptist Church.

The constitution makes specific statements regarding freedom of religion.
So an alternate approach to these laws is to simply file civil rights lawsuits against governments and/or organizations that can be shown to promote, or tolerate discrimination or favorable treatment against Christian beliefs.
