Congress will have constitutional authority, under Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I, to override presidential vetoes.

Can’t happen. If Republicans win all Dem seats in 2014, they will only have 59 seats in the Senate.

The Republicans can stop Obama with the numbers that have now. All they have to do is refuse to pass bills that fund his programs. They won't because they all support that same Globalist Agenda.
