Can’t happen. If Republicans win all Dem seats in 2014, they will only have 59 seats in the Senate.
With all due respect lepton, I didn't say anything about Republicans versus Democrats. I'm careful to mention "conservatives." This is because Congress has used its power to override presidential vetoes as recently as recently as Bushes 41 & 43 and Clinton.
