That is true. But if they can catch her in just one lie during said testimony, they can put her away and nullify the deal.

I think it was Judge N. on Fox yesterday whom said the way immunity works is that LL must spill the beans in a confidential meeting with her Lawyer’s and I assume Issa and his Lawyers. If she has the goods she gets immunity and must testify to what she said in the confidential meeting. If for whatever reason immunity isn’t given, what she said to Issa can’t be used against her. Or something to that effect.
