What you conveniently leave out is that the “mob” in Ukraine didn’t throw any fire bombs until the police on Nov 30 at 4am attacked and brutally beat the seven hundred protesters.
“The police attacked not only the protesters (most of whom didn’t or failed to put up resistance) but also other civilians in the vicinity of Maidan Nezalezhnosti, when the Berkut forces chased unarmed people several hundreds of meters and continued to beat them with batons and feet.[33] Initially, 35 people were injured as a result of the militia raid, including a Reuters cameraman and a photographer.[34][35] Other protesters were detained.[32] Most of protesters were students.[35]”
ok... so in your world it’s ok to burn police alive if they force rioters back using a minimum of force to protect innocent civilians in the area and maintain order?
And once they rioters started burning the police alive, the police are not allowed to fight deadly force with deadly force?
Heck! here in America little kids can’t even answer their door holding a wii controller without getting gunned down by the police, but in Ukraine apparently they have to allow themselves to get burnt alive without using deadly force.
