(AFP)—A Russian warship was docked in Havana Wednesday, without explanation from Communist Cuba or its state media.
The Viktor Leonov CCB-175 boat, measuring 91.5 meters (300 feet) long and 14.5 meters wide, was docked at the port of Havana's cruise ship area, near the Russian Orthodox Cathedral.
The ship is reportedly armed with 30mm guns and anti-aircraft missiles.

I have never heard of this happening before. The Russians do not need to be there, except to make a point saying they can go any darn place they want to and no so-called “President” will stop them OR ELSE. It’s the OR ELSE part I dont know about yet. If Obama is okay with this, he is getting something for permitting them access. Something other than more deniablity.

I think I see a couple of “Huff-Duff” (World War II slang for HF Direction Finder) antennas too. I’m sure you have antennas for radio navigation like LORAN and others too. I’m an amateur radio operator so this interests me too. You probably have antennas, radios, scanners and so on that take you from “DC to light” (ELF to EHF and beyond) and everything in between like longwave thru UHF.
