A U.S. appeals court ordered YouTube on Wednesday to take down an anti-Muslim film that sparked violence in many parts of the Middle East, prompting widespread riots and influential clerics calling for the death of an American actress who sued for the removal of the clip from the site.
The decision by a divided three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco reinstated a lawsuit filed against YouTube by an actress who appeared briefly in the 2012 video that led to rioting and deaths because of its negative portrayal of the Prophet Muhammad.

Good catch. Completely incompetent and lazy reporting. Even the gang of liars now says that the video had nothing to do with the attack.
Just like the states must ignore the federal judges when they tell them they must accept homosexual marriage.
Repeating that lie is the entire purpose of the press stories about this “film”. It’s a copyright issue, not a free speech issue. It’s stupid.
So many lies, and only the first two sentences of the article.
SILENCE! I KILL YOU!

“Which”, not “that”.
Fox, being owned by certain people must report the lies.
Won’t stick. There’s a entire volume of USSC rulings forbidding prior restraint. Near v Minnesota and NY Times v United States are the two most famous.
The 9th Circus strikes again.
They are still spinning that lie, that a video started the Benghazi incident?
It must be a susan is rice kind of thing.
okay ... maybe you need to catch up ...
An invitation to come out and play!
They (obama crowd) always says Glass Onion!
Wow. The video riots in Cairo were a cover story. Hellooooo.
Sure, the story is hard to follow, but it can be done.
Americans should be rioting over this trampling over this garbage from judges. I know that even Hillary said that we have freedom of speech.
LOL. I think I was saying about trampling on our rights, but who really knows. I should not hit post while talking to children at the same time . . .
What is seen on the internet, stays on the internet.
The video DID spark violence in the ME — especially in Cairo where they stormed the US embassy over it.
What the video DID NOT cause was the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi and the killing of Chris Stevens.
To report that it did would be a lie as you say, but the Fox article doesn’t do that.
