Under state law it is. But not under federal law. However, a few years ago obama announced that he would ignore his sworn oath of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the laws of our land and order the federal organs under his control to NOT enforce the federal marijuana laws.

Two years later his AG, Eric the "Red," announced that the DoJ would be cracking down on CA pot shops. lol

Under the Constitution, the federal government has no authority in the states. Colorado has basically told the feds to pack sand.
