As long as you actually make an effort to pass the slower traffic to your right and then clear the left lane, that’s cool. But anyone who creates a rolling roadblock by pacing door-handle to door-handle with the car in the next lane is asking to get an unpleasant reaction by those that wish to get on down the road with minimal hindrances.
