Attorney General Eric Holder is taking the lawless attitude of the Obama administration and passing it down to state attorneys general. Yesterday during an interview with The New York Times, Holder said state attorneys general do not have to enforce laws they disagree with, specifically when it comes to the issue of gay marriage.
It is highly unusual for the United States attorney general to advise his state counterparts on how and when to refuse to defend state laws. But Mr. Holder said when laws touch on core constitutional issues like equal protection, an attorney general should apply the highest level of scrutiny before reaching a decision on whether to defend it. He said the decision should never be political or based on policy objections.

Holder has long since guaranteed that the concept of justice is more respected in Uganda than in the United States.
Decent Americans should never support “comprehensive” legislation. The idea of compromise in which you support dumb things in a law in order to get other parts of the law that you want has never made sense in terms of preserving freedom. Now that America’s enemies don’t even keep their word about following the law, I hope that form of compromise will die a well-deserved death.
There you have it. There is it is, for all to see. There is no law. The Elite Ruling Class has their weekly golf, private everything, luxury, armed guards, etc. And The ‘Law’ is what I decide it is. But do not dare cross me, for there is a video with your name on it. You have crossed a law I deem in effect today. I will imprison you until you have your mind right. The IRS will audit you and your family from now on. You ‘may’ be granted food stamps. You may not.
This is now extended to: I don’t have to obey any law I don’t agree with?
Well the next logical step is to prosecute People for things that are not crimes, but they think should be.
“Eric Holder To State Attorneys General: You Don’t Have to Enforce Laws You Disagree With”
It would seem only fair, then, that I don’t have to obey the laws I don’t agree with.
So I guess I don’t have to follow the ones I don’t agree with.
He cannot be that stupid....maybe he is ?
Imagine the can of worms that opens up for the federal government if that concept is applied across the board...
Yeah, but just try to not bake a cake for a gay wedding and see what holder does to you, jail bait
Yeah, but just try to not bake a cake for a gay wedding and see what holder does to you, jail bait, well the good old boys in the NFL have spoken, good Americans all,the real AMERICAN dollar has spoken, your religious rights are for sale
They all act as if this is their permanent jobs.
Holder told the Times, “I do it (ignore laws) all the time and it doesn’t hurt a bit.”
How about civil rights laws? Oh the list could go on and on
Hey, how about this, then—US citizens aren’t bound by laws they don’t agree with.
I’ve got good uses for the money I otherwise would have paid in taxes.
Hey Holder, what if they disagree with abortion on demand?
Banana Republic alert.
That absolutely doesn’t matter to anyone in this administration.
UNF***INGBELIEVABLE! This man should be arrested IMMEDIATELY and charged with NUMEROUS crimes!!
Following Holder’s logic to its most obvious conclusion would mean that we also could ignore any law that we don’t agree with.
