Has anyone seen any signs that people in blue states may be turning away from the big government ideology that has controlled these states for so many decades? Any discussions with relatives, neighbors or friends who are Democrats?
I’m in the Seattle burbs and I agree with you. I could be dreaming, but I’ve often thought that if a black conservative man or woman went door to door in the Central Seattle and South Seattle area talking 1:1 with people, we *might* have a chance of booting Bagdad Jim (I can’t stand him!). Perhaps just wishful dreaming on my part.
There are Pubbies and conservatives in the burbs and in Eastern WA, but as you know, Seattle-Tacoma-Olympia have a ton of libs and the largest population (similar to other areas of the country), and with the voting fraud we’ve had in Seattle (Gov Fraudoire), I don’t think we’ll ever have another Pubbie Gov or Senator (sorry to say).
I was a little surprised that Doc Hastings recently said he was retiring. I suspect his district will continue to go GOP, but not sure.
Best,
SC
Nope. All the Rats I know think Obastard and his little healthcare law are just swell, and if there’s anything wrong with it, it’s the fault of the Republicans.
This country is pretty well lost. I just want to delay the total collapse until I’m dead.
I’m in VA and to be frank I think things here are trending the other direction or status quo. We just had state elections in November. All three statewide offices went ‘rat. The House stayed pretty much where it was at and the senate stayed the same
Is this an indicator of a change in direction? Washtenaw county is the most liberal county in the state (John Dingell’s district)
WASHTENAW COUNTY: Huron Valley Ambulance employees decide by vote to not unionize
Sounds like they are choking on their own bile.
