Evangelists were the first to be concerned with sexual purity? Nobody before them ever gave it a thought?

Thign is, I think this is what the backlash against feminism is all about.
This is no longer about a career and making an independent living. This has become a war on women in a sick diabolical way.
Instead of working their issues out in the office of a therapist, they are just plain taking it out on as many innocents as they possibly can. They want women who have good lives, bright futures to throw it all away.
“Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven” has never been more applicable than to these women.
My own mother was one of these women. She reveled in being on welfare and ‘fighting’ for the mentally ill and spent all her time making sure I ‘knew too much’ (we can leave it at that) and she was fixated on sexual abuse.
Needless to say, this is why I’m career oriented and mainstreamed well. I think being career oriented saved me from repeating her life’s mistakes.

Exactly; they do it to validate their rutting around. Look at how porno pop ‘singers’ used feminism to validate their whorish antics on stage. Look at how feminists are trying to legitimize Miley and Christina Aguilera. Miley is the latest one trying to use her porn image as a feminist statement.
Apparently the dipweeds at the NT don’t realize that by being abstinent you avoid a horrendous amount of troubles and baggage.
If Travis Alexander had been genuinely abstinent, I don’t think Jodi Arias would have been a huge part of his life and he would be still alive.

Sounds like Katie McDonough is a nightmare of a woman. I could see initially gullible young men tripping over themselves to lose her after a few hours together. I think she’s attempting to resolve her past mistakes and miseries by spreading them as wide as possible so she has sympathetic company.
It’s this stupid kind of attitude brought about AIDs.
So, let me get this straight: In previous wars (even the pre-Christian ones!), the first thing conquering soldiers would do was go into the villages, where they would rape and pillage - even (gasp!) in those pure Native American tribes!
Why oh why would they do that? To perpetuate the winning DNA, of course. Perhaps if Ms. McDonough had been a member of the losing side in one of these villages, she could have rallied her fellow womyn to just give it away like peanuts - that way it wouldn't have been rape?

The best definition for rape is that it is violence in which sex is the weapon. So does she really think that Christians endorse a culture of violence in which sex is the weapon?
I don’t know Christians who do that or believe that. Which religions do?
