The great achievements of civilization have not come from government bureaus. Einstein didn't construct his theories on an order from a bureaucrat. Henry Ford didn't revolutionize the automobile industry that way. there are many FAIR barriers to doing stuff you don’t want to do..
and unfair barriers to doing stuff you want to do...
