Some cynics think the Ukraine uprising was fomented by agents provocateur from the west. I don't buy that. I still have enough faith in human beings to believe that they can spontaneously rise up to protect or seize their liberty. I pray it will not be necessary here, but I also pray that if it is, we will be up to the task.

I've never believed the collapse of the USSR was a permanent one. Rather I think it is simply a brief window allowed by Divine intervention for the sake of The Gospel. Within a decade or two I look for Russia to make a move to reestablish a new empire including either by agreement or force the EU. In Asia I look for China to move on Japan, Taiwan, and all nations in the region.

No coup d’etat in Kyiv, says Sikorski

Feb. 22, 4:50 p.m. Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said in his Twitter that there is no coup d’etat in Kyiv, and backed most of the decisions taken by Ukraine’s parliament. “No coup in Kiev. Government buildings got abandoned. Speaker of Rada elected legally. President Viktor Yanukovych has 24h to sign 2004 Constiturtion. into law.”
