It depicts two attacks on government facilities. The first is successful. The final outcome of the second is not shown
In the second part the good guys are attempting to advance but are turned back by very accurate and determined fire. There at least 25 killed or wounded in this piece. They are advancing against the proverbial murderous fire. They are literally cut down in large numbers. Their shields made from road signs are not effective. Their leg armor of duct tape and cardboard seem ineffective as well.
