The house was a notorious drug house

We started losing it culturally when there could be locations that were known by all to be involved with drugs or prostitution, and nothing is done.

You said that you're close to this. Are you safe? Even if you are, be careful....that activity has to move somewhere.

the last 5-10 years, the bottom literally fell out of the area., i will say this though, since the bankruptcy was declared, the emergency manager Kevin Orr hired a new police chief ..guy named Craig from Cincinnati, and this guy is not playing around. He revamped the entire department and they are literally going block by block, slamming the “lil gangsta’s”. He recently got the Libs in a twist by publicly stating his support for armed citizens...saying flat out that it helps deter crime. A recent sweep they did over the holidays was quite funny. He actually was out on the raids themselves..one guy they caught, his cell phone was ringing like crazy, so...the Chief answers it..the idiot on the other end was freaking out..thinking he was talking to his “boys’..trying to warn them of the raids that were going down. Chief Craig played along, talking slang, asking the guy ‘WHERE YOU THINK THEY GONNA GO NEXT”?...it was very funny. Anyway, so far he is impressive. but, we’ll see how long it lasts.
