Maybe Pam can get her wish soon. Even a few arrests and some suits attacking this law vs. the 2A and we might get a moratorium on enforcement until it works its way to the Supremes, who just might have to think that AR-15s are very common, and their normal capacity magazines are also common.

It would go 5 - 4 (for the moment) and pro-2^nd. They want this to go before the supremes with a lock on 5 - 4 anti-2^nd. Don't know if they can pull it off but know they will try. I do realize my opinion on it being 5 - 4 (for the moment) and pro-2^nd is maybe wishful thinking but have no doubt the supremes are putting on their robes.
