Korn frontman Jonathan Davis is unleashing the mother of all conspiracy theories -- President Obama's secret agenda to become a tyrannical dictator with Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber and Kanye West's assistance!
We asked Davis about his band's new "Spike in My Veins" music video -- which is filled with clips of Miley and other pop culture phenoms -- and suddenly it was all aboard the crazy train.
You gotta see it ... right in the middle of LAX, Davis spewed a theory about Obama using celeb scandals as a distraction ... while he screws us out of our freedoms. Por ejemplo ... JD claims Miley's VMA twerkfest was really a smoke screen for something way more nefarious. Nuts, right?
Consider this: Obama signed a law allowing the government to hold citizens indefinitely without trial ... back in January 2012 ... when the big celeb news was Miley and a penis cake.
Coming to an episode of Robot Chicken next season!
Ted.
According to some of our more radical Catholic FReepers, that's questionable.
You do realize that the man is being demonized by a flaming homo liberal O supporter, right?
Yes, Mr. Davis may be a bit “off the wall” but he’s on to something. The dem operatives are quite familiar with the cult of celebrity that afflicts too many segments of our society and they know how to exploit it.
Good one. I’m told if one tours Graceland, the place the guides point out to the people where Elvis died is not the bathroom.
Yes, they did flush it.
Another thing about Korn - two of their original members became Evangelical Christians - Brian “Head” Welch and Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu. Welch left the band for a while and had public disputes with Jon Davis over his convbersion, the fact that he has rejoined has at least suggested that the band as a whole has done serious maturing.
What I wanna know is how as Christians they actually feel when asked to perform songs like these:

I know about Dave Mustaine - he’s been a committed Christian for a long time and was willing to alienate a large portion of his fan base by expressing support for Rick Santorum. But Muse’s lead singer and Billy Corgan, for real? I would love to see where they’ve mentioned it anywhere. My gut instinct would tell me they would be just as much moonbats as Eddie Vedder, Courtney Love or Dave Grohl.
Hammerfrog also has some choice statements about Obama.
Guess who switched Dave?
Yup.
Alice!
He’s quite the little R&R evangelist/get ‘em clean and sober guy.
I met these guys years ago..before they became huge.
They used to play small clubs here in Orange County - So Cal.
Fieldy was hilarious - big partier back then, sounds like he’s clean now.
And I love the TMZ claims that they are trying to be relevant. How do they not understand that the likes of Jim Carrey and Barbara Streisand and all the former it girls of Hollywood are the examples they would follow if simply staying relevant was their biggest priority.
I am pretty sure Jon Davis at one point said he had a “major
problem with how conservative” America is during his younger days when Korn was first gaining mass exposure so indeed this is in a way a sign of their maturing to me.
I sort of heard about that too. Alice first met Dave in the late 80s when he was overdosing on speed, alcohol, crack, crystal meth and pretty much every abusable substance in existence. Alice basically said look, you might think you can shock me but I have seen everything and I have seen where all this ends. He told Dave he was willing to be a mentor if he ever needed emotional support and guidance of any kind.
” ... while he screws us out of our freedoms.”
HOORAY Jonathan Davis! Bread (EBT) and circuses (Hollyporn) BUMP!
+100
Awesome. What were the other members like in terms of their personalities? I imagine even now they would not really be conservative in terms of being able to fit in around here, considering they would still be too socially liberal for this community [I’m pretty sure Jon Davis, for example, is still very sympathetic to the so called gay rights movement, largely due to severely bullying he suffered in high school because other students merely thought he was homosexual]. But I was wondering if you think now they’d be able to get along better with traditional Americans, so to speak.
Keep a close eye on the upcoming “Operation American Spring” on May 16, 2014, in DC. It is coming.
