Fish, we have forced an election to stop Light Rail in a town that will be a complete roadblock to the entire system. The elitist planners are so freaked out it will win they had a townhall to drum up support which failed dramatically. We had 20 people speak and they had 4 while we beat them like rented mules.
Now we have the town covered with our signs and a mailer going out this week. If we win this it will devastate the anti-car brigade in Oregon. We are using my campaign system and will win handily. Stay tuned.
Our signs:

We are winning a different battle down here using different methods.
We have a new Florida digital director and he's brilliant. Andrew Malik. He spoke to our Republican group yesterday for an hour about how to use facebook/twitter the rest. He's got it down and we will beat Charlie Crist going away.
Keep it up Bray....keep it up and do it more.
Further....guys....yeah y’all reading this.
What’s to stop any of you from attending a local yokel city council, county council...whatever? Do y’all go to GOP events and make a stand?
Lookit, you wait for Karl Rove and the like to wake these people up....GO AROUND THEM!
It’s how it will be done.
Good going, bray!
The Sounder Train that the Dims just HAD to HAVE up here doesn’t run from Everett south half the time due to mud on the tracks, breakdowns or whatever. From what I’ve heard, very few people take the train.
We decided to take it once to a Seattle Sounders (soccer) game. There were points to get on closer for us, but the geniuses that created this, failed to include any areas for parking at many of the stopping points. So, we drive to the airport and the parking lot for the train was full. We drove around, finally found a parking lot not too far, paid a higher fee, parked and walked to catch the train. I will say it was full, but I think the primary use for the trains up here is for sporting events. I suspect it probably gets use for those coming from Everett to downtown Seattle or south of there (when it runs/works).
Hope you can save the boondoggle in OR and they’ll cut off the one in CA.
