Look, I’ve seen brainless blonde twits plow into another car and nearly take out a pedestrian due to texting on her stupid phone. There’s threats everywhere. Banning any of this stuff won’t remove the threat.
The solution is to reintroduce lethal consequences for stupidity into our world, and let evolution do its magic work. Stupid people should have the right and the ability to kill themselves with great ease and a low cost. The only tragedy is that they’re occasionally going to take someone who isn’t stupid with them. But right now, we have so many stupid people breeding like rabbits in this country that we’re being overrun with stupidity.
Time to reinstitute natural selection.

I agree totally with your post 9. The problem is that our overload of dumb s**ts know how to vote and they’ll put in office—and keep in office—the politicians who will do just what they want them to do.
This observation, of course, applies to just about anything currently on the American political scene.
I think it’s a hopeless situation.
