This is what we in Hollywood were talking about. Move Warner to SC, and the Teamsters hold on Hollywood will vanish.

I look for Holder to find that those voting against the union were wearing the wrong colored socks and to require a new vote within a month......

Here in Everett WA the union memebers recently voted by a 1% margin to have Boeing stay in Everett. Union is losing big battles despite Obama’s stacking of the NLRB

So how long will the UAW take to petition the NLRB to order VW to recognize the UAW as representing the VW workers despite this election, or (alternatively) order a new election?
Thank goodness the Orwellian-named Employee Free Choice Act never became law.

Good for them. The UAW needs to go away. The last thing workers need is someone else with their hand in their pocket

Unfortunately Corker’s comment will be interpreted by the NLRB as a violation and they will authorize a revote. Under this administration, not only is the deck stacked in favor of the union but the cards are marked and the dealer is in cahoots with them.

Right to work state rules are different from thoroughly corrupt states.
Those 626 people have 62,600 equally as qualified people waiting in the wings who want decent jobs.
Not much local support for “subversive” acts against any decent employer who complies with labor laws.
Particularly when said “Unions” are all in for importing even more illegal aliens to keep their own corrupt protection rackets operating.
In 2016, we need to elect a President who swears to sign on day one, an Executive Order to abolish employee “Unions” for Federal government employees.

Following the lead of the BMW plant in Spartansburg, SC.
BMW spent a billion dollars expanding the plant in South Carolina.

VW was neutral. This is their only non-union plant.
No it wasn’t don’t forget where where and how VW started from. The German unions have always had a heavy hand in its corporate structure. Thank you Willy Brandt and the German socialist party. Brandt btw spent the war years working in Detroit when he returned he became mayor of west Berlin and eventually Chacellor. VW wanted the union it may still come to pass.

Don’t expect German workers to be happy. I imagine their po’ed about the plant being built overseas at all.
