Thank you. I was just going to post that other than 3 years in Spain, I've lived my 64 years in SoCal and seen one drought after another. SoCal is basically a desert, even the greater Los Angeles basin. The genuine problem now is the population explosion over the last decades.
Solution: desalinization plants. But no, the hippie/socialist/environ-whackos won't allow it. Recently read Israel has constructed so many that they now have a surplus of water that they are selling.
