Should the President be impeached?
For setting the Obama Precedent?
Also known as those multiple of multiples of arbitrary changes to Obamacare? And launching the IRS on employers who refuse to hire fifty employees so they can avoid paying for health care? Not to mention using the IRS and the full power of the federal government to harass and intimidate all those Tea Party groups?
The headline in the Los Angeles Times, reads this way:
U.S. to further delay Obamacare employer mandate
One of countless stories on the subject appearing all across the media landscape the Times version began this way:
WASHINGTON — The Obama administration again delayed a requirement that large employers provide their workers with health benefits, offering businesses more relief from the president's health law deadlines.
Stop.
Let’s move ahead three years. To 2017 and this news story:

President Ted Cruz, citing what he called “The Obama Precedent” today unilaterally repealed Roe v. Wade, once again making abortion illegal in the United States.
The White House briefing room erupted in a chorus of anger as the President’s new press secretary joked that “the President found former President Obama’s pen and telephone hidden in a safe underneath a floorboard in the Oval Office.” The White House spokesman cracked that the safe had a note addressed “Dear Hillary” and held the safe’s combination.

I would think that those people in the House who swore to uphold the US Constitution have, with the actions in hand of Obma, an OBLIGATION to initiate impeachment proceedings and let the impeachment itself bring forward the evidence at hand(which I thinnk is consderable)
Impeach Obama for illegal, gross, and continual violations and contempt for the U.S.Constitution, the fundamental guardian of our God-given freedoms? YES!

As Americans, WE are used to patiently, and silently waiting for solutions to problems to come from the top down.
This lazy attitude has been the basis for most Corporate and Political Management structures in America for most of OUR History.
WE now have the ultimate in lazy, top-down, political structure: a rouge dictator whom WE allow to be above OUR Constitutional Law.
WE will continue to have the current Obama Dictatorship as long as the Chief Impeachment Official, ( CIO ), the Speaker of the House, is allowed by US to permit Obama to continue as a OUR Dictator.
In all of Obama’s public statements, he has told the truth to US only twice:
1.) “We are only five days away from fundamentally changing the United States of America.”
and
2.) “I have a pen and a telephone, and I will use them to issue Executive Orders whenever Congress fails to act.”
Obama has thus defined himself to be OUR Dictator, and formally gave US fair warning of his intentions to do so.
For reasons that border on High Treason to the United States of America, Boehner as Speaker of the House, has failed his Constitutional Duty to begin Impeachment Proceedings on B. Hussein Obama.
The Members of the US House of Representatives have refused to force Boehner to resign; then to elect a Speaker with the required Sense of Honor to do his/her Constitutional Duty to begin Formal Impeachment Proceedings on B. Hussein Obama.
If WE, the taxpayers, do not force the Members of the US House of Representatives to replace Boehner as Speaker with a new Speaker that will issue the necessary Articles of Impeachment on B. Hussein Obama, then WE, the lazy, silent majority taxpayers, deserve to continue to have OUR Liberties crushed by Dictator Obama.
The future of OUR Republic is, as always, in OUR hands.

Yes he should be impeached, but no one has the balls to even try. besides, even if they managed their spines, the senate would have to vote on it and that will NEVER happen. Only way to rid ourselves of this cancer is a coup d’etat by the people themselves.

Impeach the first black president?
No way, Hussein.
What is happening with the repeated changes in Obamacare and the use of the IRS is setting precedent. And it is precedent that liberals will come to regret.
But not just with the executive. Anywhere, anyone who is in a position to enforce laws may simply choose which laws or portions of laws they'll enforce.
"No abortions in this County - we're not enforcing Roe v Wade" or "there will be no gay marriage in this County - I'm not enforcing that law" or "obamacare will not happen here - I'm not enforcing it and people are free to ignore it"...
County by County this will happen - and should start happening soon.

I think you might want to take your own advice:
“The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.”
US Constitution, Article I, Section 3
If the House impeaches Obama - he is still President. The Senate would never vote to remove Obama so your scenario of Biden assuming control is highly unlikely although even Biden might be preferable to Obama.
Whether Obama stays or goes is not the reason to impeach. The House should hold impeachment hearings to evaluate the evidence. If there is sufficient evidence then the rationale for impeachment is for Congress to do its job - nothing more / nothing less. Yes a spin-off benefit is thhat impeachment is added to Obama’s “accomplishments” in the history books and there is a record of his wrongdoing. But the real motivation should be for Congress to simply adhere to the Constitution.
But in America Socialism is unconstitutional and ILLEGAL, more weight on the scales for impeachment.
