Only Commies ignore and denigrate our Constitution. I'm sympathetic to this proposal, but just a head's up that UTAH would violate the Constitution if it tried to do this. One of the most important cases in US history -- McCulloch v. Maryland concerned an effort by Maryland do to something very similar in order to kick out a federal agency they didn't want. Chief Justice John Marshall and the Supreme Court said that no, that states can't do that, way back in 1819. It's a nice try but the issue has been tried and settled.
