Loos like WSJ doesn’t let you read the full article — I got a referrel from Google, but here is a full article in the UK Telegraph, same topic:

Russia bans adoptions from countries that allow gay marriage

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/10635821/Russia-bans-adoptions-from-countries-that-allow-gay-marriage.html

Decree aimed at ‘protecting children’s psyche’ from the ‘undesirable effects’ of exposure to unconventional sexual relationships

British citizens could be barred from adopting Russian children under a decree outlawing adoptions from countries with gay marriage signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The decree, which is dated February 10 but was posted on the Russian government’s website on Thursday, is officially intended to “help improve the procedure for transferring children without parental care to families of Russian and foreign citizens, and to protect the rights and interests of these children.”

The amendments to the Russian adoption law that were signed by Mr Medvedev include a bar on adoptions by “those in a same-sex union recognized as a marriage and registered an accordance with the law of states in which such marriage is allowed, and also citizens of such states who are not married.”

The new wording of the law suggests that married heterosexual couples from countries that allow gay marriage will not be affected by the changes, though Russian media reported the law as a blanket ban. “

The question is who is paying “conservatives” to sound like silly hysterical liberals?

Smart. Very smart decision. Nip it in the bud. Many orphanages are closing in America thanks to the Rainbow Mafia demands. Of course if an Obama gets elected in Russia, he’ll just ignore the law. You know...just to be on th e”right side of history”!

Good for Russia.

Expect the screeching from the demonic Left to be deafening.

The homosexual agenda is CENTERED around children since its roots is in pederasty.

"Maybe Putin could get honorary US citizenship and run for president here in 2016..."

I wouldn't be surprised if that's what he wants to do, I wouldn't vote for him, but by 2016 voting could be suspended by king obama anyway.

??????????????????

Do you think homosexual “couples” should adopt young children so they can indoctrinate them early?

I would. Most of America has proven it cant be trusted with the responsibility of freedom. Sound harsh? Perhaps. But If we are going to end up with a dictator one way ot the other...and we are pretty much there now...might as well have one we at least share some common ground with.

As America continues its descent into deviancy and madness, it’s looking like Russia is becoming the last, lone outpost of sanity.

Probably they have some of the morals and dare I say it ‘principles” that many Americans cast aside so freely.

I'm conflicted by international adoptions. I know people have adopted from other countries and it's been wonderful. I've also know people who did so and brought on a situation that wasn't good for anyone.

Putin is correct. It might also be sensible to keep native Russians in Russia, if the nation is to rebuild and not depopulate, just to have the native population replaced by those whacky minorities.

“those in a same-sex union recognized as a marriage and registered [in] accordance with the law of states in which such marriage is allowed..."

Legal craftsmanship that survived translation....
