Heh, heh.....
Good for them! It takes guts to not give in. I would imagine many guns were lost in “accidents”
“If you pass laws that people have no respect for and they don’t follow them, then you have a real problem.”
No sh*t, Sherlock.
Take it up with Bammy, dude.
Uh, a little out of touch, are we? Dickhead.
47,000 Lemmings registered their guns with the government? That’s a personal decision but what a self sell out. George Washington face palm.
“I’m runnin’. Po-lice on my back.”
“I honestly thought from my own standpoint that the vast majority would register,” said Sen. Tony Guglielmo, R-Stafford
Idiot.
What a dumbass Republican. The President of the US doesn’t care about any laws, so why then should the people?
We have a real problem alright, it resides in the White House.
“If you pass laws that people have no respect for and they don’t follow them, then you have a real problem.”
apparently this idiot never studied American history, like the Revolution and Prohibition....
Haven’t these idiots ever heard of the Canadian gun registry? Or all of the criminals who’d never register? What the hell do they expect? Compliance with an unjust, unconstitutional law?
“If you pass laws that people have no respect for and they don’t follow them, then you have a real problem.”
Yes, especially when it is guns that shoot real bullets. Blood will flow in the streets. What the Spartans said, if you got the guts.
-——Sen. Tony Guglielmo, R-Stafford-——
Guess you can’t fix stupid....
In Canada, after years of massive noncompliance and enormous cost overruns, the Government finally threw in the towel and shut down their long gun registry. This in a nation which had firearm laws which most Americans not living in California, Illinois, or New England would have considered far too confining, and gun owners there would have vigorously protested (look at the recalls in Colorado).
Why anyone in government would think Americans would comply is beyond me, and I am shocked that as many complied as did.
People will only comply with the law as long as the law makes sense, for starters, after that, it is less sure that will happen.
When we have a government that picks and chooses when, where, and even if a law will be enforced, even to the point of breaking the law itself, the constituents of that government will act in kind when it comes to compliance.
Just WOW. So a gov't gun-grabber actually admitted the truth -- that the purpose of the law is not to protect the health, safety, and welfare of women, children, and minorities, make the streets safer, or for any reason other than to keep law-abiding citizens from owning scary looking objects that are the tool of choice in an extremely small number of homocides and firearm deaths.
Will the gov’t start showing up at houses doing confiscations?
There is the real question.
They will find out who has them when THEY die trying to confiscate them
Compliance with Tyranny is Treason...
Did Gugliomo support these idiotic bills?
