Just WOW. So a gov't gun-grabber actually admitted the truth -- that the purpose of the law is not to protect the health, safety, and welfare of women, children, and minorities, make the streets safer, or for any reason other than to keep law-abiding citizens from owning scary looking objects that are the tool of choice in an extremely small number of homocides and firearm deaths.

To the extent that they are (largely) owned by long term owners, where does "circulation" come into the discussion?

I don’t think much of AR’s and AK’s. Only reason I would buy one would be so I could shoot some of the huge purchase of ammo that the Fed Gov has bought.

My preference is a lot heavier projectile and load.
