Blacks have been whining for years that the huge majority of people being convicted and imprisoned for crack-cocaine are African American so as soon as a black racist was put in charge of DOJ that problem will be solved.
Anyone who thinks releasing a flood of prison inmates back on the streets nearly all at once won't mean a large increase in crime is crazy-even if most of the crime will be in their own communities.
