The minute I read that Holder was playing around with the drug law methodologies and sentencing procedures I knew instantly that it was a ploy to release a large number of mainly black convicts. Anyone who has any understanding of the US drug laws knows that African Americans are the ones who would largely benefit from this get out of jail free gift.

Blacks have been whining for years that the huge majority of people being convicted and imprisoned for crack-cocaine are African American so as soon as a black racist was put in charge of DOJ that problem will be solved.
Anyone who thinks releasing a flood of prison inmates back on the streets nearly all at once won't mean a large increase in crime is crazy-even if most of the crime will be in their own communities.
