I don’t get this. If I have a company of 100 employees and I decide transparently because of Obamacare to layoff, reassign, reschedule etc. the employee pool to avoid outrageous premium increases and compliance review costs, how am I breaking the law?
I detest Obama for dictating to me that I must ‘swear and declare under penalty of perjury’ how I decide to run my business. But if I comply with the law by first restructuring my business to minimize government interference, how can I be breaking the law?
In other words why don’t employers just say “YES I DID THESE THINGS BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE, SO WHAT?”.
That should leave a mark, but no, probably not.

It’s a shame that “blind incompetence” is not an impeachable offense. If Kevin Star couldn’t klondike Clinton with the smoking gun spooge stain, Impeachers will have a hard time with the issues so far brought up- gun walking, Benghazi, etc. which can easily be stonewalled, smoke screened, side stepped. There needs to be a stupidity clause in the rules of impeachment.

I am beginning to think that Americans will eventually have to intervene. As a start to the process, I would suggest that Committees of Correspondence be formed in each state each Committee reporting to the others the actions, in their respective states, of illegal activity by politicians federal, state and local. This is necessary in that the national press and television are increasingly suppressing actions damaging to us all. In addition the politicians, whether Democrat or Republican lie and suppress themselves. The areas in which reporting should be done are political, social(the alien flood),economic, taxes and expenditures and the attack on our culture and religion.
Remember this was done in the 1774-5 period.

You can’t impeach a dictator.
Although I think there are bona fide reasons to officially investigate (impeach) Obama, it's beginning to look like an automatic thing that get's ignored. For years it seems like the other side of the isle calls for impeachment of every POTUS that comes down the pike. When was the last POTUS where the other side didn't call for impeachment? Reagan? I don't know.
Preezy won’t be impeached. The republicans don’t have the balls for it.
The folks in the MSM by continuing the propaganda that the ruling elite dictates are literally committing slow suicide for themselves as well as for the rest of us. It makes NO sense for victims to combat other victims which are also created by the same evil tyrants but it is clear that is exactly what we have occurring in the US today. Obama should be impeached, but that won’t happen because the GOP is too timid and the Democrats will line up like they did with Clinton even to supporting his perjury. I fear that Obama will be emboldened by his getting away with ignoring the Constitution and become even more brazen in writing any law he pleases. The GOP would do next to nothing if Obama just declared an end to free elections and declared himself president for life. The Democrats would of course support this and the media would be hailing him for his boldness.
CAN’T HAPPEN FAST ENOUGH. Even if he will not be removed like Klintoon, the GOP must take on the fight if we are to maintain law and order and preserve our Constitutional Republic.
