DENVER - The targeting of a Colorado schoolteacher by an armed teen last year didn't sway Colorado Democrats on permitting teachers to carry concealed weapons on campus.

I am REALLY ticked off right now.
After Newtown...
After that entire classroom of innocents were ERASED from existence, I chose to run sweeps of my 2 Sons' schools while armed, passing near the area of around ten other schools in the route that I would take.
Listening to the police scanner app on my iPhone the entire time for any problems.
The staff of the schools knew I was doing it, and they appreciated it.
When school started after the Christmas break in January 2013, I would drive these patrols on every one of my days off from work until school ended in June.
Adams County Sheriff Doug Darr actually called my cell phone during one of these patrols to thank me for doing it.

Yet, these FREAKING DEMOCRATS killed this bill!!

My family and I traveled, 75 miles, up to the Capitol last year when the gun control laws were rammed through legislation.

I'm contemplating making the trip again tomorrow for the senate's attempt to repeal the magazine ban.

It has zero chance of passing, so I'm not thrilled about taking a day off and spending the gasoline money for no payoff.

I feel the need to show my support, though.
