Why has there been no class action lawsuit, and injunctive relief? It seems to me you should be able to put enough information before a court to find that this is a civil rights violation, and is preventing people from being allowed to participate in politics. They were all up in arms over poll taxes and literacy tests, but then, here is the government persecuting citizens seeking to have a say in their own affairs, and the government comes down on them with its jack boots. The IRS needs to be enjoined from any more attacks on conservative groups until it can show grounds apart from political beliefs why the group became subject to review.
Remember the rulings that said that if one minority is impacted more than another, it is signs of racial discrimination? 100 percent is a pretty good indicator of discrimination. Or, don't conservatives have rights?

"Okay. Now whats going to be done about it?"
Nothing, of course, because RINOs and Boehner's puppet masters at the Chamber of Amnesty want the Tea Party silenced.

Winning is:
* Initiating Special Council Investigations when the Administration APPEARS to have violated its authority;
* Severly punishing any arrogant, oppressive behavior by the Aministration;
* Reducing the dollar amount spent, year to year;
* Severely punishing all, in a timely manner, who violate the US Constitution;
* Enforcing rapid, same day preferred, Checks and Balances on a rogue administration or any of its Bureaus or Departments.

Not a smidgeon... of truth when I typed that, I got corrected for spelling it like a "pidgeon". Apparently, the correct spelling is "smidgen".
If Boner had any balls, everyone in America would know how that word is spelled before Zero got kicked out of office.

That’s from the conservative perspective.
Boehner is a Republican, remember; that’s one branch of the Uniparty.

Win elections for who? The 28 that voted to saddle more of our future with debt? Romney and Ryan? Win for Graham, Cornyn, McConnell, Boehner, Cantor, McCarthy?
Just who do you think we should win elections for?

And the other day some ‘rat was saying that “only” one liberal group was given approval of its application while no conservative group were ever denied - forgot to say that probably only one liberal group was audited, and no conservatives were ever given any decision one way or another, thus denying the opportunity of appealing and eventually getting a resolution - as they say, justice delayed is justice denied.....

Currently, the obsolete RINO Wing of the Republican Party has control of the policy decisions made by the Republican National Committee (RNC).
The RNC has been recently misled to foolishly believe that becoming more like the Liberal Democrats will increase the number of Liberals that will vote for Republican Candidates.
Because of the sincere joy that the RINO Wing experiences each time that they lose to a Democrat, and especially to a Liberal Democrat, the RINO Wing has been lured by the RNC to become Democrat-Lite.
In summary, you are correct, there is a Uni-Party, and in years past there were many, many times when “there is not a dimes worth of difference between the two parties.” to quote the Late Gov. George Wallace.
