It depends on what job a person holds. If part of one’s job requires social contacts ‘in person’ with a client or clients, then yes, basic finishing school training may be required.

I have always hated this type of lunch. I do the dressing professional thing just fine but I have nerve damage down in my arm which means I can’t really control the knife and fork that well no matter how hard I try. I simply tell the people I am with why I am not eating and they are generally fine with it.

I was wondering what you would also say on what I asked for EBH. When it comes to etiquette during lunch meetings or seminars or board and office meetings, what are types of behavior that cross the line from simply being individual quirks to being disruptive to the point that they become too hard to work with?
