I would ask for paper bags.

They charge a tax on paper bags. They want you to use the cloth bags - you know - the ones that fill with bacteria.

Paper bags come with a fee in Seattle. Plastic bags are banned outright( except small bags for drippy meat or produce.) EBT is exempt.

Our Target here offers NO bags.

The plastic is illegal, but the paper is not. Yet Target is not offering the paper like other stores. You must bring your own.
